Chi ne trarrebbe<br \/>\n      pi\u00f9 beneficio spesso non le vede mai; gli uffici non hanno il tempo di controllare ogni<br \/>\n      settimana tutte le fonti.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      The radar is a <strong>Google Sheet that wakes up by itself on Monday morning<\/strong>: legge i<br \/>\n      portali che gli sono stati indicati, chiede a Gemini di tenere soltanto le opportunit\u00e0 rivolte<br \/>\n      a una certa fascia d&#8217;et\u00e0, ne estrae cinque campi \u2014 chi pu\u00f2 partecipare, che cosa serve, entro<br \/>\n      quando, quanto vale, il link ufficiale \u2014 scrive le righe nuove nel foglio e<br \/>\n      <strong>leaves a draft in Gmail<\/strong>. Then it stops.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      Non ha un server, non richiede installazioni e non costa nulla: vive dentro l&#8217;account Google<br \/>\n      di chi lo usa, con la chiave gratuita di Gemini. \u00c8 nato il 1 agosto 2026 alla Certosa di<br \/>\n      Padula, costruito passo per passo insieme ai partecipanti del laboratorio, e alla fine della<br \/>\n      giornata \u00e8 stato donato a un ufficio del territorio.\n    <\/p>\n<div class=\"pa-callout\">\n<p>\n        <strong>The radar prepares, the person decides.<\/strong> Non invia niente da solo: prepara una<br \/>\n        bozza che un referente rilegge, corregge e approva. Sending it to associations, schools and young people is a human act, every time.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"pa-sub\">How much it consumes<\/h3>\n<p>\n      Il piano gratuito di Gemini non si paga ma si esaurisce, e il radar \u00e8 costruito per starci<br \/>\n      dentro con ampio margine: le pagine troppo corte o senza una sola parola da bando non arrivano<br \/>\n      al modello, quelle identiche al giro precedente nemmeno, e c&#8217;\u00e8 un tetto di chiamate per ogni<br \/>\n      giro. Con quattro o sei fonti si sta stabilmente sotto le cinque chiamate a settimana.\n    <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p><!-- LIMITI --><\/p>\n<section class=\"pa-content pa-content--alt\" aria-labelledby=\"radar-limiti-titolo\">\n<div class=\"pa-container\">\n<h2 id=\"radar-limiti-titolo\">What it does not do<\/h2>\n<p>\n      Dichiararlo \u00e8 parte dello strumento: un ufficio pubblico adotta un&#8217;automazione solo se sa<br \/>\n      esattamente dove finisce.\n    <\/p>\n<ul class=\"pa-checklist\" role=\"list\">\n<li><strong>It does not decide.<\/strong> It proposes rows; the \u00abto be checked\u00bb status is changed by a person.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It does not send.<\/strong> It prepares a draft. Sending remains a human act, every time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It does not guarantee deadlines.<\/strong> Every row carries the link: always check at the source.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It does not process personal data.<\/strong> There is no column in the sheet holding data about people; the only addresses are those of the recipients, chosen by the office.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It does not see what you have not given it.<\/strong> If a source is missing, for the radar it does not exist.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p><!-- LE FONTI --><\/p>\n<section class=\"pa-content\" aria-labelledby=\"radar-fonti-titolo\">\n<div class=\"pa-container\">\n<h2 id=\"radar-fonti-titolo\">The sources: which ones work, and why most do not<\/h2>\n<p>\n      Il radar legge la pagina cos\u00ec com&#8217;\u00e8: non esegue JavaScript, non fa clic, non aspetta. Questo<br \/>\n      esclude in un colpo solo la maggior parte dei portali della pubblica amministrazione, che<br \/>\n      l&#8217;elenco dei bandi lo costruiscono dentro il browser.
