Gli strumenti sono gratuiti e gi\u00e0 a disposizione di chiunque<br \/>\n      abbia un account Google: un foglio di calcolo, l&#8217;automazione di Google (Apps Script) che lo fa<br \/>\n      girare ogni luned\u00ec e il modello Gemini nella sua versione gratuita, che legge e riscrive.\n    <\/p>\n<p>\n      The method sets <strong>three rules<\/strong>: non si inseriscono mai dati personali reali<br \/>\n      negli strumenti usati; ogni informazione prodotta porta con s\u00e9 il link alla fonte ufficiale, e<br \/>\n      le scadenze si verificano sempre a mano prima di comunicarle; nulla parte in automatico verso i<br \/>\n      cittadini \u2014 l&#8217;invio \u00e8 sempre approvato da una persona dell&#8217;ufficio. Sociologia pubblica,<br \/>\n          cittadinanza digitale e partecipazione civica nella Regione Campania, presentandone gli obiettivi,<br \/>\n          l&#8217;impianto metodologico e il radicamento territoriale. Il progetto nasce dall&#8217;esigenza di rafforzare<br \/>\n          il rapporto tra universit\u00e0, giovani, istituzioni e comunit\u00e0 locali, promuovendo percorsi di formazione,<br \/>\n          ricerca-azione e partecipazione civica sui temi della cittadinanza digitale, dell&#8217;uso consapevole delle<br \/>\n          tecnologie e della responsabilit\u00e0 pubblica. In questa prospettiva, il DISUFF dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 degli Studi<br \/>\n          di Salerno svolge un ruolo centrale come spazio di elaborazione scientifica, coordinamento istituzionale<br \/>\n          e accompagnamento dei processi formativi e laboratoriali. Muovendo da tale figura concettuale, la riflessione analizza come le tecnologie digitali<br \/>\n          ridefiniscano le forme di costruzione dell&#8217;identit\u00e0, della partecipazione politica e delle relazioni<br \/>\n          con l&#8217;ambiente, producendo soggetti sempre pi\u00f9 mobili, interconnessi e attraversati da molteplici<br \/>\n          appartenenze culturali.\n        <\/p>\n<p>\n          In questo scenario, le culture digitali rappresentano al tempo stesso uno spazio di emancipazione e<br \/>\n          di controllo: favoriscono nuove pratiche collaborative, reti di conoscenza e forme di cittadinanza<br \/>\n          attiva, ma sollevano anche interrogativi sulla sorveglianza, la disinformazione e le disuguaglianze<br \/>\n          nell&#8217;accesso alle tecnologie. La democrazia \u00e8 pertanto chiamata a confrontarsi con modelli<br \/>\n          partecipativi in continua evoluzione, nei quali la pluralit\u00e0 delle voci e la circolazione globale<br \/>\n          delle informazioni ridefiniscono i confini dell&#8217;agire politico.\n        <\/p>\n<p>\n          Parallelamente, la crisi ecologica impone una revisione del rapporto tra esseri umani, tecnologia e<br \/>\n          natura, promuovendo una concezione relazionale e interdipendente del vivente.
