Purposes and legal basis of processing<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>a) Managing contact requests<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n      Responding to requests submitted via the site\u2019s Contact form.<br \/>\n      <em>Legal basis:<\/em> consenso dell&#8217;interessato (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) GDPR),<br \/>\n      espresso spuntando la casella di consenso presente nel form.\n    <\/dd>\n<dt><strong>b) Early registration for the PARTECIPA MOOC<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n      Registrare l&#8217;interesse e comunicare aggiornamenti sull&#8217;avvio del MOOC<br \/>\n      prima dell&#8217;apertura ufficiale delle iscrizioni.<br \/>\n      <em>Legal basis:<\/em> consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).\n    <\/dd>\n<dt><strong>c) Registration and participation in the PARTECIPA MOOC<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n      Erogare il percorso formativo online, tracciare il completamento dei moduli e<br \/>\n      gestire l&#8217;attestato di partecipazione; assolvere agli obblighi di rendicontazione<br \/>\n      del progetto nei confronti della Regione Campania e del Dipartimento Nazionale<br \/>\n      per le Politiche Giovanili e il Servizio Civile Universale.<br \/>\n      <em>Legal basis:<\/em> esecuzione di un servizio richiesto dall&#8217;interessato<br \/>\n      (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b) GDPR) e adempimento di un obbligo legale<br \/>\n      connesso al finanziamento pubblico del progetto (art. 6, par. 1, lett. c) GDPR).\n    <\/dd>\n<dt><strong>d) Site usage statistics (Google Analytics 4)<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n      Analisi aggregata del comportamento degli utenti sul sito per migliorare i contenuti<br \/>\n      e misurare la portata delle attivit\u00e0 di comunicazione del progetto.<br \/>\n      <em>Legal basis:<\/em> consenso dell&#8217;interessato (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a) GDPR),<br \/>\n      espresso tramite il banner di gestione dei cookie.\n    <\/dd>\n<dt><strong>e) Browsing data (server logs)<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n      Registrazione automatica dell&#8217;indirizzo IP, user agent, pagine visitate e orari di<br \/>\n      accesso da parte del sistema informatico del sito, per finalit\u00e0 di sicurezza informatica<br \/>\n      e diagnosi tecnica.<br \/>\n      <em>Legal basis:<\/em> interesse legittimo del titolare (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR)<br \/>\n      a garantire la sicurezza e la corretta operativit\u00e0 del sito.\n    <\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/section>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"dati-titolo\">\n<h2 id=\"dati-titolo\">4. Personal data processed<\/h2>\n<p>In relation to the purposes indicated, the following data is processed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contact form:<\/strong> name, e-mail address, subject of the request, message text.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Early MOOC registration:<\/strong> name, e-mail address.<\/li>\n<li><strong>MOOC registration:<\/strong> first name, last name, e-mail address, year of birth, municipality and province of residence; module-completion data (necessary for project reporting).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Analytics 4:<\/strong> anonymised browsing data (pages visited, session duration, device, aggregated geographic area). No data that allows direct identification of the user is transmitted to Google.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Server logs:<\/strong> IP address, user agent (browser and operating system), pages requested, date and time of access.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data is collected directly from the data subject or generated automatically through browsing. No special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR are collected.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"retention-titolo\">\n<h2 id=\"retention-titolo\">5. Retention period<\/h2>\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>a) Contact requests and early MOOC registrations<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Data is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and for a maximum of 12 months from collection, unless required for litigation or legal obligations.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>b) MOOC registration and participation data (reporting)<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>\n      I dati strettamente necessari alla rendicontazione del progetto PARTECIPA nei confronti<br \/>\n      degli enti finanziatori (Regione Campania, Dipartimento Nazionale Politiche Giovanili)<br \/>\n      sono conservati per la durata del progetto e per i <strong>ten years following<\/strong> alla sua<br \/>\n      conclusione, in coerenza con i termini di conservazione della documentazione amministrativa e<br \/>\n      contabile previsti per i finanziamenti pubblici.\n    <\/dd>\n<dt><strong>c) Analytics data (Google Analytics 4)<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>The retention period is defined by Google\u2019s policy (default: 26 months from collection); raw data retention can be changed in the GA4 property settings.<\/dd>\n<dt><strong>d) Server logs<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dd>Logs are retained for a period not exceeding 12 months, unless required for IT security or legal obligations.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/section>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"destinatari-titolo\">\n<h2 id=\"destinatari-titolo\">6. Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. It may be communicated, to the extent strictly necessary for the provision of services, to the following parties acting as data processors (Article 28 GDPR):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Serverplan S.r.l.<\/strong> \u2014 hosting provider hosting the website and its databases; based in Italy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google LLC<\/strong> \u2014 provider of Google Analytics 4, exclusively for browsing data provided with the consent of the data subject; based in the United States (see section 7).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Data may be transmitted to competent authorities only in cases provided for by law (e.g. upon request from the judiciary).<\/p>\n<p>Data is not disseminated.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"trasferimento-titolo\">\n<h2 id=\"trasferimento-titolo\">7. Transfer to third countries<\/h2>\n<p>\n    The use of Google Analytics 4 involves the transfer of data to <strong>Google LLC<\/strong><br \/>\n    con sede negli Stati Uniti, paese che non beneficia di una decisione di adeguatezza<br \/>\n    ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 45 GDPR. Il trasferimento avviene sulla base delle<br \/>\n    <strong>Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)<\/strong> adottate dalla Commissione europea<br \/>\n    ai sensi dell&#8217;art. 46, par. 2, lett. c) GDPR, che Google incorpora nei propri termini<br \/>\n    per il trattamento dei dati.\n  <\/p>\n<p>Further information on the safeguards adopted by Google is available at<br \/>\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/business.safety.google\/gdprcontrollerterms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">business.safety.google\/gdprcontrollerterms\/<\/a>.\n  <\/p>\n<p>All other processing described in this notice takes place within the territory of the European Union.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"diritti-titolo\">\n<h2 id=\"diritti-titolo\">8. Data subject rights<\/h2>\n<p>As a data subject, you have the right to exercise, in the manner and within the limits set out in the GDPR, the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Right of access<\/strong> (Article 15 GDPR): obtain confirmation of the existence of processing of your data and access information about the processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to rectification<\/strong> (Article 16 GDPR): request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to erasure<\/strong> (Article 17 GDPR): request erasure of data, in the cases provided for by law (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to restriction of processing<\/strong> (Article 18 GDPR): request the restriction of processing in specific circumstances.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to object<\/strong> (Article 21 GDPR): object to processing based on legitimate interest (e.g. server logs) for reasons related to your particular situation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to data portability<\/strong> (Article 20 GDPR): receive personal data in a structured, commonly used format (applicable to processing based on consent or contract).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to withdraw consent<\/strong> (Article 7 GDPR): withdraw consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right to lodge a complaint<\/strong> (Article 77 GDPR): lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority \u2014 in Italy the <strong>Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali)<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.garanteprivacy.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.garanteprivacy.it<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requests to exercise these rights can be sent to<br \/>\n    <a href=\"mailto:partecipagiovanicampania@unisa.it\">partecipagiovanicampania@unisa.it<\/a>.<br \/>\n    Il titolare risponder\u00e0 entro 30 giorni dalla ricezione della richiesta, salvo proroga motivata.\n  <\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section aria-labelledby=\"cookie-titolo\">\n<h2 id=\"cookie-titolo\">9.
